According to the Small Business Administration, businesses that had been impacted by the March 2021 tornados have until January 26, 2022 to use for catastrophe loans. Eligibility requirements include small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, small companies engaged in aquaculture and private nonprofits in specific counties throughout Alabama. The counties embody Dallas, Bibb, Blount, Calhoun, Chambers, Cherokee, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Etowah, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Marengo, Perry, Randolph, Saint Clair, Shelby, Talladega, Tallapoosa, Tuscaloosa and Walker.
