Lamborghini has unveiled the Temerario Tricolore, a one-off supercar described as a celebration of Italian excellence, craftsmanship and design. The car made its debut at Monterey Car Week in California, continuing the marque’s tradition of honoring its heritage with special editions.
The new model follows in the tire tracks of the 2011 Gallardo LP 550-2 Tricolore, of which Lamborghini built 150 examples to mark the 150th anniversary of Italian unification. This time around, the company has taken a more design-led approach with its newer Temerario supercar, though there are no plans to put the Tricolore into production.
A Two-Tone Tribute to the Italian Flag
Lamborghini Centro Stile designed the Tricolore in collaboration with the Ad Personam bespoke division, and it shows off the level of personalization available through the Sant’Agata factory. The lower section of the body wears ‘Blu Marinus Shiny’ paint, while the upper areas feature contrasting ‘Bianco Monocerus’.
‘Nero Noctis’ appears on the roof, wing mirrors, engine cover and alloy wheels, with ‘Rosso’ brake calipers adding a splash of red. The centerpiece is the Italian flag-inspired green, white and red stripe running across the bonnet.

Inside, black upholstery is matched with red stitching, and ‘Tricolore’ lettering is embroidered into each door panel. A silhouette of the Temerario can be found on the rear bulkhead as well.
Mechanicals Unchanged, Personalization Front and Center
Underneath the custom bodywork, Lamborghini has left the Temerario mechanically unchanged. That means a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 combined with three electric motors, producing a total of 920hp. The emphasis here is squarely on aesthetics and individuality rather than performance upgrades.

The Tricolore is the latest one-off Temerario modified by Ad Personam, following two special cars displayed at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed. It’s a familiar playbook for luxury automakers, who increasingly use limited or one-off builds to showcase their customization programs and keep wealthy buyers coming back for something truly their own.
Whether the design lands with enthusiasts remains to be seen, but the Tricolore makes one thing clear: Lamborghini sees personalization, not just raw power, as the next frontier for its supercars. The car itself is a statement piece, and for now, it exists as a single example of what the factory can do when given free rein.
